Informazioni
Il Museo Ecclesiastico Diocesano di Troia è ubicato all’interno del Monastero delle Benedettine. Questo monastero è un grandioso complesso architettonico fatto costruire dal Vescovo Felice Siliceo (1623-1626) allora Vicario di Monsignor Aldobrandino (1592-1607). Il complesso fu inaugurato nel 1605.
Il Museo ecclesiastico di Troia è composto da un ampio Chiostro a cui si accede a n. 6 sale espositive: Sala dei Misteri, Sala dell’Annunziata, Sala dei Flabelli, Sala dei Capitelli, Sala di Nostra Signora e la Cripta.
Nel Museo sono allestite, ogni anno, diverse mostre.
